南方某污水厂预处理段跌水复氧问题分析研究及改造

摘要 污水厂预处理段常常存在跌水复氧现象,会加快进水中快速碳源的消耗,进而影响脱氮除磷效率。通过对南方某污水厂预处理段分析,该厂跌水复氧主要发生在曝气沉砂池末端,其DO浓度增加值达到2.29mg/L,通过简单的改造后,该值降至0.71 mg/L,此次改造直接节省LCOD约1.58 mg/L。 In the pretreatment section of the wastewater treatment plant, there is often a phenomenon of falling water and reoxygenation, which will accelerate the consumption of rapid carbon source in the influent water, thus affecting the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Through the analysis of the pretreatment section of a sewage treatment plant in the south, the plant's water re-oxygenation mainly occurs at the end of the aerated grit chamber, and its DO concentration increase value reaches 2.29 mg/L. After simple modification, the value is reduced to 0.71 mg/L, through this transformation directly saves LCOD about 1.58mg/L.
