摘要
为了减少由于煤田划分不规整导致的煤炭资源浪费,本文以峰峰集团九龙矿15252综采工作面为例,应用综采工作面的旋转调斜技术,通过现场试验、理论设计及计算,解决了工作面旋转调斜应用过程中的关键技术问题,包括运输机的上窜下滑、支架旋转角度控制等。结果表明,回采时的逐渐调斜及期间支架的按步回撤能使旋转调斜技术成功实现,可最大化减少煤炭资源浪费。
In order to reduce the waste of coal resources caused by the irregularity of coalfield division, this paper takes the 15252 fully mechanized mining face of the Fengfeng Group's Jiulong Mine as an example, and applies the rotary tilting technology of the fully mechanized mining face. Through field test, theoretical design and calculation, the key technical problems in the application process of the rotating surface of the working surface are solved, including the upper jaw sliding of the conveyor and the rotation angle control of the bracket. The results show that the gradual adjustment of the mining and the step-by-step retracement of the support can successfully realize the rotary adjustment technology, which can minimize the waste of coal resources.
