摘要
高温高压钻井作业过程中面临诸多的困难和挑战。为了保障高温高压钻井作业的安全,减少复杂情况,提高作业效率,笔者分析了高温高压钻井所面临的主要挑战,结合国内外的成功经验,提出了相应的应对措施。除面临高温高压之外,高温高压钻井还要克服多种困难,如:地层可钻性差、钻井周期长、部分地层含硫化氢等酸性气体。研究认为,科学选择钻井装备、钻井工艺和配套技术,加强现场组织管理,对高温高压钻井作业的成功至关重要。
Many difficulties and challenges are encountered in high temperature and high pressure drilling operations. In order to ensure the safety of high temperature and high pressure drilling operations, reduce complex conditions and improve operational efficiency, the author analyzes the main challenges faced by high temperature and high pressure drilling, and combines the successful experience at home and abroad to propose corresponding countermeasures. In addition to high temperature and high pressure, high temperature and high pressure drilling has to overcome various difficulties, such as poor formation of drillability, long drilling cycle, and acid gas such as hydrogen sulfide in some formations. The study believes that scientific selection of drilling equipment, drilling technology and supporting technologies, and strengthening on-site organization and management are crucial to the success of high temperature and high pressure drilling operations.
