摘要
目前,在环境监测中测定水中阴离子表面活性剂时,人们主要应用《水质阴离子表面活性剂的测定亚甲蓝分光光度法》(GB7494-87)。本文探讨了该方法在采样和保存方法、干扰消除和质控措施等方面的优化路径,使得测定更加简便,同时确保数据的准确和可靠。
At present, when measuring anionic surfactants in water in environmental monitoring, people mainly use "water quality anionic surfactant determination methylene blue spectrophotometry"(GB7494-87). This paper explores the optimization path of the method in sampling and preservation methods, interference cancellation and quality control measures, which makes the measurement more convenient and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the data.
