摘要
作为振动设备的动力驱动装置,激振器可以产生振动能,以便完成振动输送、振动分选、振动夯实以及振动时效等工艺过程。振动设备所配置的激振器直接影响其振动参数,因此,激振器的性能对振动设备至关重要。目前,由于其调节性能差或有的根本不能调节,许多振动设备采用单轴式和普通双轴式机械式激振器。本文主要介绍了双轴激振器多种运动轨迹的形成及调整方法。
As a power drive device for the vibration device, the vibration exciter can generate vibration energy to complete processes such as vibration transmission, vibration sorting, vibration compaction, and vibration aging. The vibration exciter configured by the vibration device directly affects its vibration parameters, so the performance of the vibration exciter is critical to the vibration device. At present, many vibration devices use single-axis and ordinary two-axis mechanical vibration exciters due to their poor regulation performance or some cannot be adjusted at all. This paper mainly introduces the formation and adjustment methods of multiple motion trajectories of the two-axis vibration exciter.
