杨昌济的教育思想再审视

摘要 杨昌济的教育思想是中国先进教育精神的体现,内容丰富而意义隽永,具有现代性特征。杨昌济作为时代的启蒙者,所言的教育对于中华民族进步、对于人类社会进步极有意义。他一生以教育为志业,为育英才而救国,其教育思想可从五个方面来概括:一是体察国情、取法中外而治学,以教育为"无此为大"事业;二是教育的目的是立德树人,培养有竞争能力的个人;三是办学要有配套的制度与课程设制;四是要有良好的教育方法、培养良好的校风;五是教师要为人师表,要关爱学生。他的这些思想至今仍然光亮照人,对当前我们的教育仍有指导性现实意义。 Yang Changji's educational thought is the embodiment of China's advanced educational spirit, rich in content and meaning, with the characteristics of modernity. As the enlightener of the times, Yang Changji's education is of great significance to the progress of the Chinese nation and human society. His educational thought can be summarized from five aspects: first, to observe the national conditions, to learn from both home and abroad, and to pursue education as the most important cause;second, to establish morality and cultivate competitive individuals;third, to run schools with supporting systems and curricula;fourth, to have good educational methods and cultivate good school spirit;fifth, to be be good teachers and care for students. His thoughts still shine brightly and have guiding practical significance for China’s current education.
