摘要 深学习是指学习者以高层次思维能力的发展和实际问题的解决为目标,积极主动地、批判性地学习新的知识和思想,并能将其有效迁移应用到新的情境中的一种学习。小学教师的深学习受到来自于知识够用观、过度功利学习观和现行的教师管理政策与制度"刚化"的阻碍,其超越的对策在于强化以教师职业成功为目标,以问题解决为途径和教师区域团队协作学习为手段,促进教师在追寻教育本质中深化学习,提高小学教师的学习深度。 Deep learning refers to a kind of learning that aims at the development of high-level thinking ability and the resolution of practical problems, learning new knowledge and ideas actively and critically, and applying its effective migration to new situations. The deep learning of primary school teachers are limited by the knowledge-based concept, the over-utilitarian learning concept and the current management policies and systems of teachers. The countermeasures are to strengthen teacher’s professional success as the aim, solv problems as the channel, and collaboration of the teacher’s learning within regional teams as a means, so as to promote teachers’deepened learning in the pursuit of the essence of education and improve the depth of learning of primary school teachers.
