摘要
基于中国特有的"文人下海"现象,以2008—2014年沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,实证检验高管学术经历对企业创新投入和产出的影响。结果发现,高管学术经历能够显著提升公司创新投入和产出水平,特别是对于原创型创新产出,这一结论对政府及企业自身提升企业自主创新能力有一定的启示作用。
Based on the peculiar phenomenon of"wenren xiahai"in China,using the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed firms between 2008-2014,this study empirically tests the influence of executives'academic experience on corporate innovation input and output levels.The result of this study shows that executives'academic experience can significantly increase corporate innovation input and output levels,especially for the original innovation output level.The conclusion of this study has certain enlightenment function for the government and companies to improve the enterprise's ability for independent innovation.
