不同价格水平下排队顾客策略与企业定价研究

摘要 将不同的服务价格引入M/M/1休假排队系统中,分别构建顾客及企业收益函数,以顾客和企业均追求利益最大化为出发点,研究顾客均衡策略行为和企业最优服务定价决策。在几乎不可见状态下,基于"收益—成本"结构,研究顾客的策略行为。通过数值实验,描述服务价格对顾客均衡策略的影响。
