Research on the Mechanism of Agricultural Insurance to Boost Rural Poverty Alleviation in Xiangxi

近年来,我国农业保险助推农村扶贫取得显著成效,为国家提出在2020年实现全面脱贫目标打下坚实基础。以湖南湘西州为研究对象,从地区经济与社会现实出发,结合国家与湖南省制定出台的扶贫政策与措施,提出包括市场运行机制、保险激励机制以及风险监管机制在内的多种扶贫机制,以期为民族地区实施保险扶贫政策提供一定的借鉴。

In recent years , China ' s agricultural insurance has achieved remarkable results in promoting rural poverty alleviation , which lay a solid foundation for the country to propose the goal of achieving comprehensive poverty alleviation by 2020.Taking Xiangxi state of Hunan province as the research object , from the perspective of regional economic and social reality , combining the poverty alleviation policies and measures formulated by the state and Hunan province , various poverty alleviation mechanisms including market operation mechanism , insurance incentive mechanism and risk supervision mechanism are put forward.In order to provide some reference meaning for the insurance poverty alleviation policy in minority areas.
