摘要
近年来,中国互联网行业发展迅猛,各种新闻事件的传播途径越来越多,传播速度和传播效率显著提升。以此为背景,对黑龙江雪乡网络舆情危机事件进行探究,获取与某次危机事件相关的媒体文章,对其进行内容挖掘。研究发现,危机事件爆发迅速,影响广泛,对景区负面影响极大,黑龙江省旅游相关部门在应对此次危机事件时能力偏弱,使得省内旅游业短时滑入低谷。分析此次事件发生前中后期网络舆情的变化趋势以及各个时间段网民、游客和政府的行为,指出黑龙江省旅游业在现阶段发展中存在的不足,并给出发展建议。
In recent years , China ' s Internet industry has developed rapidly , various news events are spreading more and more , the speed of communication and the efficiency of communication are significantly improved.Against this background , this paper explores the crisis of the Internet public sentiment in Xuexiang , Heilongjiang Province , gather media articles related to this event , and data mining.The study found : The incident broke out quickly and has a wide impact , which has a strong negative impact on the scenic spot , the tourism-related departments of Heilongjiang Province were weak in responding to the crisis , which led to the province ' s tourism industry slipping into a trough.This paper analyzes the trends of network public opinion in different time periods of this incident and the behavior of netizens , tourists and governments at various time periods , and points out the shortcomings in the development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province at the present stage and gives suggestions for development.
