摘要
基于227家中国企业的问卷调查,利用结构化方程模型分析其在不同业务上知识管理能力、业务流程能力以及企业绩效三者之间的促进关系。研究结果表明:知识管理能力能显著提升业务流程能力;业务流程能力对企业绩效有着直接的正向影响;知识管理能力对企业绩效有着显著的促进作用;业务流程能力在知识管理能力与企业绩效关系中起中介作用。
Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey of 227 Chinese enterprises, the relationship between knowledge management capability, business process capability and enterprise performance in different business is analyzed by using the structural equation model. The results show that knowledge management capability can significantly improve business process capability;business process capability has a direct positive impact on enterprise performance;knowledge management capability plays a significant role in promoting enterprise performance;business process capability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between knowledge management capability and enterprise performance.
