认知重建:灾区老年社会工作的路径实践

Cognitive Reconstruction: Path Practice of Gerontological Social Work in Disaster Areas

在身体机能的衰退和社会融入度弱化的双重阻碍下,老年群体容易产生自我认知偏差。灾区社会工作在实务操作方面也应对老年群体投以关注。文章对认知构建理论作概要分析,阐述了灾区老年群体认知重建的重要意义,同时运用认知重建理论讨论社会工作者如何帮助受灾地区老年群体挖掘资源、改变认知,并提出了老年群体灾后康复工作的相关建议。

Under the double obstacles of the decline of body function and the weakening of social integration, the elderly population is prone to self-cognitive biases. The social work in the disaster areas should pay attention to the elderly population in terms of social work services. This paper makes a brief analysis of the cognitive construction theory, and expounds the significance of the cognitive reconstruction of the elderly population in the disaster areas. At the same time, using the cognitive reconstruction theory, the paper discusses how social workers can help the elderly population in the disaster areas to excavate resources and change their cognition. Some relevant suggestions on the post-disaster recovery work for the elderly population are also put forward.
