摘要
为了解决沙井子矿区刘园子煤矿"三软煤层"巷道因岩石松软、易膨胀,遇风风化、遇水泥化等导致的严重变形,现场尝试直墙半圆拱锚网索喷+底板反底拱混凝土浇筑+包裹注浆联合支护方式,有效将"三软煤层"开拓,巷道年变形量控制在50 mm左右。
In order to solve the serious deformation caused by soft rock,easy expansion,wind weathering and cement in the three soft seamroadway of Liuyuanzi Mine,the combined support method of pouring concrete wrapped grouting of reverse bottom arch bottom slab with straight wall semi-circular arch anchor mesh and bottom slab plan was adopted,which effectively developed three soft coal seams and controlled the annual deformation of roadway at about 50mm.
