摘要 定向钻机在施工定向钻孔时有快速、精准的特点,但使用和维护成本偏高,且对施工环境要求严格,由于体积庞大,部分巷道变形严重,安装、运输困难。普通钻机有着运输方便、安装快捷、施工高效、节约成本等特点,但存在很多不确定性,施工过快,受地层、钻头及钻杆自重等因素的影响,钻孔轨迹和设计轨迹偏差较大,往往不能达到施工的目的。针对这一情况,以山西朔州平鲁区茂华下梨园煤业为例,对普通钻机进行定向施工研究,通过纠斜、扶正,使钻孔轨迹无限接近设计轨迹,达到施工目的。 Directional drilling with the characteristics of rapid and accurate construction during directional drilling,but with high cost of the use and maintenance,and the construction environment was strict.Due to the large volume,some roadways were severely deformed,and installation and transportation were difficult.Ordinary drilling rig with the characteristics of convenient transportation,quick installation,high efficiency of construction,cost saving,etc.,but there were many uncertainties,the construction was too fast,affected by the factors such as the ground layer,the drill bit and the weight of the drill pipe,and the deviation of the drilling trajectory and the design trajectory often could not achieve the purpose of construction.Liyuan Mine of Shanxi Province was taken as an example,the directional construction research of ordinary drilling rigs was carried out.Through the correction and correction,the drilling trajectory was infinitely close to the design trajectory and the construction purpose was achieved.
