摘要 采用三级红外光谱技术开展石墨烯结构及热稳定研究。通过在4 000~600 cm-1频率范围内开展的石墨烯红外光谱实验研究发现,石墨烯主要存在着νC=C-Graphene、νC-C-Graphene和δGraphene等3种红外吸收模式。采用变温红外技术进一步开展了石墨烯的热稳定性实验研究发现,在293~393 K的温度范围内,石墨烯具有良好的热稳定性;采用二维红外光谱技术(2D-IR),进一步开展了石墨烯结构研究。本项研究开拓了三级红外光谱技术在重要无机材料(石墨烯)结构及热稳定的应用范围。 The structure and thermal stability of graphene were carried out by three-stage infrared spectroscopy.Through studying the graphene structure by infrared spectroscopy(4 000 ~ 600 cm^-1),the νC=C-Graphene,νC-C-Graphene and δC=C-Graphene were found.Through stuying the graphene thermal stability by variable temperature infrared spectroscopy,it was found that the thermal stability of the graphene was better(293 ~ 393 K).Two-dimension infrared spectroscopy(2D-IR)was used for studying the graphene structure further.The study demonstrated the key roles of three-stage infrared spectroscopy in the analysis of the structure and thermal stability of the important inorganic material(graphene).
