摘要 核因子κB(NF-κB)是由p65和p50形成的异源二聚体,是广泛存在于各种细胞中的一种具有多向性调节作用的和转录因子,在参与细胞增殖与凋亡、肿瘤、癌症、炎症反应、免疫反应中发挥着重要作用^([1])。现代研究显示多种肾病(如IgA肾病^([2])、肾小球硬化性疾病^([3])、狼疮性肾炎^([4])、多囊性肾病^([5])、肾小球肾炎^([6])等)
