摘要
通过问卷、访谈形式,调查了浙江省10所培养学前教育师资的地方本科院校,研究发现,学前教育师资培养存在专业选择的社会认同度低、培养定位的目标同质化明显、课程设置的就业指向性差、供需对接的结构性矛盾突出等问题。从推动政策落地落实、实施人才分层分类培养、推进课程体系创新建设、重视专业观与职业观教育、加强师资职后培训等方面入手,培养造就一支热爱儿童、勇于奉献、有职业尊严感的高素质善保教幼儿教师队伍。
This paper analyzes 10 local undergraduate Universities and Colleges that train pre-school teachers in Zhejiang Province through questionnaires and interviews.It is found that preschool education teacher training presents problems such as low social recognition of professional choice,homogenization obvious of cultivate targeted goals,poor employment orientation in curriculum setting,and prominent structural contradiction between supply and demand docking.Starting from promoting the implementation of policies,realizing the stratified and categorized personnel training,promoting the innovation of the curriculum system,paying attention to professional and professional education,and strengthening the post-employment training,etc.,fostering a team with professional dignity,dedicated and highly qualified,been good at caring and educating children,who love kids and devote themselves to education.
