一种蓝光有机硅共聚物的合成及发光性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用先配合后聚合的方法,在溶液聚合条件下,将蓝光锌配合物与自制的有机硅预聚体共聚,合成了键合型蓝光有机硅共聚物荧光粉,研究了反应物比例和温度对样品发光性能的影响。结果表明:随着配合物含量的增大,样品的荧光强度逐渐增大;温度对样品的荧光性能几乎没有影响,共聚物在351℃下能够保持稳定,将其封装于LED制得的器件发出明亮的蓝光。综上,合成的共聚物是一种很理想的蓝光材料。 In this work,through pre-coordination and subsequent polymerization from blue complex monomer with polysiloxane prepolymer,a novel organosilicon copolymer was obtained by solution polymerization.The influence of reactant ratio and temperature on the luminescent properties of samples was discussed.The results shows that:with the increase of complex content,the fluorescence intensity of samples increases.Temperature has almost no effect on the fluorescence properties of the sample,and the copolymer keeps stable up to 351 ℃.The blue LED fabricated with the copolymer phosphor emits bright blue light.All the results indicate prepared copolymer phosphor is a promising material used for three-primary-colours white LED.
