磁共振诊断膝关节软骨损伤的应用及影像学特点分析

摘要 目的:研究分析磁共振诊断膝关节软骨损伤的结果以及影像学特点。方法:采取盲选的方式于2015年2月-2018年1月到我院进行就诊治疗的膝关节软骨损伤的患者中抽选50例,所有患者均采用磁共振检查诊断,观察分析磁共振诊断情况以及影像学特点。结果:通过磁共振检查分析,损伤程度为1级11例、2级15例、3级10例、4级9例、5级5例。结论:采取磁共振对膝关节软骨损伤进行检查诊断,可有效地对损伤程度进行分级,为临床治疗提供合理且准确的参考依据,使治疗更为有效可行。 Objective: To study and analysis of MRI diagnosis of cartilage injury of knee joint and imaging features. Methods: 50 patients with cartilage injury of knee joint were selected from February 2015 to January 2018. All the patients were diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), and the MRI diagnosis and imaging characteristics were observed and analyzed. Results: The degree of injury was 11 cases in grade 1, 15 cases in grade 2, 10 cases in grade 3, 9 cases in grade 4, 5 cases in grade 5. Conclusion: MRI examination and diagnosis of cartilage injury of knee joint can effectively grade the degree of injury and provide a reasonable and accurate reference basis for clinical treatment, making the treatment more effective and feasible.
