经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断及鉴别诊断宫外孕的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断及鉴别诊断宫外孕的临床价值。方法:选择2018年1月-2018年6月收治的230例经病理及活检证实为宫外孕的患者,回顾性分析患者一般资料,均提供阴道彩色多普勒超声检查与腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两种检查方式检出率。结果:230例宫外孕患者,经TVCDS检出率高于TACDS检出率,P<0.05;TVCDS对胎心、胚芽、附件包块、卵黄巢、宫内假孕囊检出率均高于TACDS检出率,P<0.05。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查是诊断宫外孕的有效措施。

Objective: To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography (TVCDS) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: The clinical data about 230 patients pathologically proved as ectopic pregnancy from January 2018 to June 2018 in our hospital was analyzed. The TVCDS and transabdominal color Doppler sonography(TACDS) was applied to compare the detection rate. Results: In 230 cases of ectopic pregnancy, the detection rate of TVCDS was higher than that of TACDS, P<0.05. The detection rate of TVCDS for fetal heart, embryo, accessory mass, yolk nest and intrauterine pseudocyst was higher than that of TACDS(P<0.05). Conclusion: The TVCDS is an effective method to the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
