摘要
以鸡蛋膜(ESM)为载体,采用层层自组装制备了ESM/MIL-100(Fe)复合纤维膜。扫描电子显微镜结果表明,MIL-100(Fe)均匀地组装到ESM纤维表面,MIL-100(Fe)的负载量可通过自组装的循环次数调节。红外光谱结果表明,组装过程不会明显破坏ESM的组成。在H_2O_2存在下,层层自组装10次、20次和30次的ESM/MIL-100(Fe)在1 h可见光照射后,对RhB的光催化效率均高于98%。在ESM载体上负载MIL-100(Fe)的过程易于操作,制备的ESM/MIL-100(Fe)便于回收。
ESM/MIL-100(Fe) composite membranes were prepared on the egg shell membrane by layer by layer assembly method. The scanning electron microscopy results show that the MIL-100(Fe) is uniformly deposited on the ESM fiber surface, and the quantity of ESM/MIL-100(Fe) can be adjusted by assembly cycles. The composition of ESM cannot be destroyed by the assembly process from the FT-IR results. In the present of H2O2, above 98% RhB solution can be degraded by the ESM/MIL-100 (Fe) samples with 10, 20 and 30 assembly cycles. By using the ESM support, both of the MIL-100(Fe) deposition and ESM/MIL-100(Fe) recycle can be easily conducted.
