摘要
采用自乳化法制备得到储存稳定的水性有机硅改性聚酯乳液(WSAR),然后在室温下与交联剂(季戊四醇-三(3-氮丙啶基)丙酸酯,XR-100)混合交联成膜。当WSAR的酸值控制在50~60 mgKOH/g,XR-100添加量为15%时,通过热重分析和拉伸测试分析表明WSAR/15%XR-100交联复合膜的起始热分解温度(T_(5%))较WSAR膜提高了95℃,700℃残炭量增加了14.8%,且其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到4.49 MPa和146%;此外,电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究结果表明,WSAR/15%XR-100涂层碳钢低频的阻抗模量达到10~4数量级。
A storage stable waterborne organic silicone modified alkyd resin emulsion (WSAR) were prepared through self-emulsifying method, and the trimethylolpropane-tr is-(β-N-azridinyl) propionate (XR-100) was used as cross-linking agent, then the cross-linked WSAR/XR-100 composite films were further prepared at room temperature. When the acid value of alkyd resin is 50~ 60 mgKOH/g and the XR-100 content is 15%, the thermogravimetric analyzer, tensile tester results show that the initial decomposition temperature ( T 5%) of WSAR/15%XR-100 is improved by 95 ℃, and the yield of residual char at 700 ℃is increased by 14.8% compared with that of the WSAR film. Meanwhile, the tensile strength and fracture elongation of WSAR/15%XR-100 are 4.49 MPa and 146%, respectively. In addition, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test indicates that the impedance modulus of the cross-linked WSAR/15%XR-100 composite coating carbon steel reaches to a 10^4 order of magnitude at low frequency.
