摘要 纤维素是自然界中产量最大的天然高分子之一,因具有优良的性能、低廉的成本、且可再生循环等优点被广泛应用。天然纤维素通过特定方法处理得到的纤维素纳米晶须(CNCs)及其改性共聚物为原料制备的水凝胶因具有更加优良的力学性能、生物相容性、天然可降解性及丰富的来源等特点,近年来颇受科学家的关注。文中简要介绍了纤维素的结构、性质及CNCs的制备方法,综述了以CNCs及其改性共聚物为原料合成水凝胶的方法、性能表征和应用潜能的研究进展。 Cellulose is one of the most productive natural polymers in nature. It is widely used because of its excellent properties, low cost and renewable cycle. Natural cellulose is composed of crystalline and amorphous regions, and cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) can be obtained by special treatment. Hydrogel is a kind of functional polymer material with a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure , which can absorb and lock a lot of water through its hydrophobic groups and hydrophilic residues, but it is not soluble in water itself. The hydrogels synthesized from cellulose nanocrystals and their modified copolymers have drawn much attention of scientists in recent years because of their excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility, natural degradability and rich sources, etc. In this article, the structure and properties of cellulose and the preparation methods of CNCs were briefly introduced. The methods, performance characterization and potential application of hydrogels synthesized with CNCs and their modified copolymers as raw materials were reviewed.
