延安资源禀赋与经济增长的相关性分析

一般认为,良好的自然资源禀赋是工业化起步的基础和经济发展的引擎。然而,"资源诅咒"理论认为,丰裕的资源并不是经济增长的充分条件,反而是一种限制。延安良好的自然资源禀赋到底是其经济增长的一种引擎还是一种限制,通过对延安2000～2016年期间的经济数据分析显示,延安采矿业劳动投入、教育事业投入和对外开放程度与其经济增长之间存在显著地正相关关系,自然资源禀赋是其经济增长的重要引擎。延安作为资源依赖型经济,其经济转型升级需要进一步优化产业结构,加大人力资本投资和释放制度红利。

It is generally believed that a good natural resource endowment is the foundation of industrialization and the engine of economic development.however,"The resource curse" theory argues that abundant resources are not sufficient conditions for economic growth,but rather a limitation.Yan'an good natural resource endowment is an engine of economic growth or is it a limitation? through the analysis of the economic data of Yan'an 2000~2016,This paper shows that there is a significant positive correlation between labor input,education investment and opening-up degree and economic growth of Yan’an mining industry.Natural resource endowment is an important engine of economic growth.As a resource-dependent economy,Yan'an needs to further optimize the industrial structure,increase the investment of human capital and release the system Dividend.
