基于SWOT分析的陕南地区旅游精准扶贫发展建议

Proposals for Developing Precise Poverty Alleviation by Tourism in Southern Shaanxi Based on SWOT Analysis

陕南"十三五"的核心问题是精准扶贫、消灭贫困。旅游精准扶贫正是通过发挥陕南的旅游优势,为贫困地区旅游资源的开发和当地居民的脱贫致富带来新的契机。文中选取秦巴山区陕南段为研究对象,借助SWOT分析法,对陕南地区旅游精准扶贫的内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁4大要素进行分析,并提出其发展旅游扶贫的战略建议。

The 13th five-year plan of Southern Shaanxi focuses on targeted poverty alleviation and eradicating poverty.Poverty alleviation by tourism is just with the help of tourism advantages of Southern Shaanxi to create new development opportunity for the development of tourism resources in distressed area as well as getting rid of poverty and becoming better off.This paper takes Southern Shaanxi in Qinba mountain district as the research object,and conducts a SWOT analysis and researches these four factors of poverty alleviation by tourism involving of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Finally,it provides some effective strategic recommendations to promote the development of poverty alleviation by tourism.
