The communication ability is one of the important qualities of librarians,as a kind of theory and skills of communication,"Jauhari window"can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of the effect of communication work.According to the"Jauhari window"model,communication works of librarians can be divided into open librarian communication type,arbitrary type,inactive type and closed type.In order to obtain the ideal communication effect,the library should take the corresponding strategy to enhance the communication ability of librarians,improve the communication work of librarians,and promote the formation of open communication status.
