微生物检验用于泌尿系统病原菌检测中的效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨微生物检验在泌尿系统感染中的应用效果。方法:将我院2017年1月1日~2017年6月30日之间收治的304例泌尿系统感染患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组患者152例,对照组应用广谱抗生素进行常规抗感染治疗,观察组患者收集尿液进行病原微生物培养与检测,根据培养结果选择敏感抗生素治疗,治疗时间为2周,2周之后对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应以及细菌清除率。结果:采用不同的治疗方案进行治疗之后,对照组的痊愈率(22.37%)以及治疗总有效率(86.18%)均低于观察组(30.92%、92.76%);对照组患者不良反应的出现率为17.11%,高于观察组的5.26%;对照组患者的细菌清除率为56.58%,低于观察组的80.92%。结论:根据微生物检测结果给患者选择敏感抗生素治疗,可以有效地提高患者的疗效、降低患者的副反应、提高感染患者的细菌清除率。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of microbiological examination in urinary tract infections.Methods:A total of 304 cases of urinary system in a hospital from January 1st 2017 to June 30th 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,152 cases in each group,the control group used routine anti infection treatment with broad-spectrum antibiotics.In the observation group,urine was collected for pathogenic microorganism culture and detection,and sensitive antibiotic treatment was selected according to the culture results,treatment time was 2 weeks.The clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and bacterial clearance rate of two groups were compared after 2 weeks.Results:The recovery rate(22.37%)and the total effective rate(86.18%)of the control group were lower than those of the observation group(30.92%and 92.76%)after different treatment regimens;The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.11%in the control group,higher than 5.26%in the observation group;The bacterial clearance rate in control group was 56.58%,lower than the observation group with 80.92%.Conclusion:Select sensitive antibiotic treatment for patients according to the microbial test results can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the adverse reaction of patients,improve the clearance rate of bacterial infection patients.
