缺血性脑血管病介入治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Interventional Treatment for Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:观察缺血性脑血管病介入治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:利用数字减影血管造影技术对150例缺血性脑血管病患者进行诊断,选择其中符合介入治疗条件的112例患者作为研究对象,并将所要研究的患者随机分成对照组和研究组,每组56例,对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,研究组在服用常规药物的基础上增加支架成形介入术治疗,比较两组临床治疗疗效。结果:治疗前,在神经功能缺损评分、病变血管改变方面两组对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,在神经功能缺损评分、病变血管改变方面,研究组显著低于对照组;在治疗总有效率方面,研究组显著高于对照组,组间对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对缺血性脑血管病患者施行支架成形介入治疗方法能有效改善患者血管病变和神经功能,提高患者的治愈率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of interventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:150 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography.112 patients who met the interventional conditions were selected as the study subjects,and the patients to be studied were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,56 patients in each group.Control group was treated with conventional drugs,study group was treated with interventional stenting on the basis of conventional drugs,and clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of neurological deficit scores and changes in lesions(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group was significantly lower than the control group in terms of neurological deficit scores and lesional vascular changes.In terms of total treatment efficiency,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interventional treatment of stenting in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease can effectively improve the vascular lesions and neurological function,and improve the cure rate of patients.
