不同分割放射治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移对疼痛和体力状况的影响

Effect of Different Segmentation Radiotherapy on Malignant Bone Metastases in Pain and Physical Condition

目的:分析不同分割放射治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移对疼痛和体力状况的影响。方法:选择将某院在2015年6月～2016年12月期间收治的恶性肿瘤骨转移患者94例,分为两组,对照组(n=48)采用常规剂量(200cGy)放射治疗,试验组(n=46)采用大剂量(300cGY)分割放射治疗,对比不同剂量对两组患者疼痛和体力状况的影响。结果:对照组与试验组在治疗前NRS评分差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组NRS评分(5.04±1.08)与试验组NRS评分(2.41±1.02)差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率39例(81.25%)明显低于试验组总有效率44例(95.65%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对体质、活动尚可的患者可以考虑采用大剂量分割放射治疗,这种治疗方式比常规治疗能够更好地缓解患者疼痛,改善患者体力状况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different segmentation radiotherapy on malignant bone metastases in pain and physical condition.Methods:A total of 94 patients with malignant bone metastases admitted to a hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(n=48)was treated with conventional dose(200cGy)of radiation therapy.The test group(n=46)was treated with high-dose(300cGY)split radiotherapy,compared the effect of two different doses on pain and physical status of the patient.Results:There was no significant difference in NRS scores between the control group and the test group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NRS score in the control group(5.04±1.08)was significantly different from the test group NRS score(2.41±1.02),(P<0.05).The total effective rate of(39 cases,81.25%)in the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(44 cases,95.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with physique and activity can consider using high-dose segmented radiotherapy.This treatment can better relieve pain than conventional treatment and improve the patient's physical condition.
