急性胆囊炎采用传统开腹手术与腹胆囊切除术的疗效对比分析

Comparison and Analysis of the Efficacy of Traditional Laparotomy and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Acute Cholecystitis

目的:探讨急性胆囊炎患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年6月～2017年10月收治的96例急性胆囊炎患者分为两组,A组采用传统开腹手术治疗,B组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:B组的手术时间、出血量、肛门排气时间、肠胃功能恢复时间与并发症发生率都明显小于A组,但其治疗总有效率则明显高于A组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性胆囊炎患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,能有效提高手术效率,减少术中出血量,加快患者肠胃功能的恢复,适合在临床上应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods:96 cases of acute cholecystitis admitted to a hospital from June 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated by traditional open surgery,while group B was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results:The operative time,bleeding volume,anal exhaust time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and the incidence of complications in group B were significantly less than those in group A,but the total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with acute cholecystitis can effectively improve the operative efficiency,reduce intraoperative blood loss and speed up the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is suitable for clinical application.
