肝炎肝硬化患者的肝功能检验结果分析

Liver Function Test Results of Patients with Hepatitis Cirrhosis

目的:探究和分析肝炎肝硬化患者的肝功能检验结果的临床应用价值。方法:从2014年6月～2016年6月期间某院收治的所有肝炎肝硬化患者中选取其中的65例作为本次研究中的研究组,并选取同期在某院体检的65例健康者作为对照组,收集两组患者的静脉血液,然后进行检测并分析,将研究组的65例患者根据Child-Pugh分级,进行各指标水平的对比。结果:研究组患者的血清胆碱酯酶、白蛋白、血清胆固醇水平显著低于对照组,研究组的总胆汁酸水平明显比对照组高,P<0.05;研究组患者的Child-Pugh分级各指标水平存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:肝功能的检验能够应用到肝炎肝硬化的临床诊断和鉴别诊断当中,显著提高肝炎肝硬化的临床诊断,为肝炎肝硬化患者病情的发展和预后判断提供依据。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical value of liver function test results of patients with hepatitis cirrhosis.Methods:65 patients with hepatitis cirrhosis treated in a hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the study group in this study.65 healthy people examined in a hospital during the same period were selected as In the control group,venous blood was collected from two groups of patients and then tested and analyzed.The 65 patients in the study group were compared according to the Child-Pugh classification.Results:Serum cholinesterase,albumin and serum cholesterol levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The total bile acid levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the levels of Child-Pugh classification in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The test of liver function can be applied to the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatitis cirrhosis,significantly improve the clinical diagnosis of hepatitis cirrhosis,and provide basis for the development of patients with hepatitis cirrhosis.
