小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除术治疗小瞳孔硬核白内障的效果

Effect of Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification Capsular Extraction in the Treatment of Small Pupil Hard Nuclear Cataract

目的:分析小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除术治疗小瞳孔硬核白内障的临床治疗效果。方法:在某院2015年1月～2018年1月间收治的小瞳孔硬核白内障患者中选取120例(180眼)进行研究分析,所有患者均采取小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除术,对比治疗前后的视力矫正情况、瞳孔直径大小。结果:治疗后患者视力矫正效果达到0.05以上的有83.89%,高于手术前的14.44%(P<0.05);治疗后16眼瞳孔大于6mm,和治疗前对比存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:对小瞳孔硬核白内障患者实施小切口非超声乳化囊外摘除术,取得了显著的临床治疗效果,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification capsular extraction in the treatment of small pupil hard nuclear cataract.Methods:120 cases(180 eyes)were selected in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2018.All patients underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification.The corrected visual acuity and pupil diameter were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,83.89%of patients with visual acuity were above 0.05,higher than 14.44%before surgery(P<0.05).After treatment,the pupil of 16 eyes was greater than 6mm,and there was a difference before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision non-phacoemulsification capsular extraction in patients with small pupil hard core cataract has achieved remarkable clinical therapeutic effect and is worthy of extensive application in clinical practice.
