综合护理干预对功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁和生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Anxiety, Depression and Quality of life in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

目的:探讨综合护理干预对功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁和生活质量的影响。方法:随机选取2016年5月～2017年5月某院接受治疗的功能性消化不良患者100名,护理人员将100名患者按照患者入院就诊日期的单双数将其分为对照组与观察组。本次研究中,着重于对观察组的患者加强综合护理干预,而对照组采取最为传统的简单护理,在实验实验结束后,观察两组患者在不同的护理干预方式下,患者的焦虑、抑郁的改善状况及生活质量评分。结果:观察组功能性消化不良的患者的焦虑、抑郁负性情绪明显较对照组功能性消化不良患者的状况得到有效地改善,生活质量明显优于对照组患者,两组患者的实验数据均具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论:将综合护理干预措施运用于我院接受治疗的功能性消化溃疡的患者,通过采取有效的综合护理措施,患者的焦虑、抑郁的负性情绪明显得到改善,生活质量评分明显得到提升,由此可见值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety,depression and quality of life in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:100 patients with functional dyspepsia in a hospital for treatment from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected according to single and double date,divided them into control group and observation group according to the number of single and double Numbers of the date of admission.,the focus was on the intensive integrated care intervention for patients in the observation group,while the control group received the most traditional simple care.In the end of the experiment,the improve of anxiety and depression status and quality of life score in two groups of patients were observed.Results:The negative emotions of anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,the quality of life was significantly higher than the control group,the experimental data in both groups were comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures to the patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital,negative emotions of anxiety and depression were significantly improved and life quality score was significantly improved by adopting effective comprehensive nursing measures,thus it can be seen that it is worthy of clinical promotion.
