自闭症谱系障碍幼儿家庭功能及其影响因素研究

Study of Family Functioning and Influencing Factors of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

目的:分析自闭症谱系障碍幼儿家庭功能及其影响因素,为治疗管理提供依据。方法:2016年4月～2017年8月某院康复科收治了自闭症谱系障碍幼儿91例纳入病例组,另外选择91例门诊健康幼儿家庭入组对象纳入对照组,两组进行量表分析、因素分析。结果:病例组亲密度、适应性评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);91例自闭症谱系障碍幼儿家庭,出现极端型17例、平衡型50例、中间型24例,极端型、平衡型、中间型男性、病程≤1年、父母离异、家庭经济宽裕、父或母一方离异、母大专及以上学历之间的比重差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自闭症谱系障碍幼儿家庭功能受损,与父母的学历、文化水平、病程、婚姻状态等因素有关。

Objective:To analyze the family function and its influencing factors of children with autism spectrum disorders,so as to provide evidence for treatment management.Methods:91 cases of children with autism spectrum disorders admitted to the rehabilitation department of a hospital from April 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled to the case group.In addition,91 cases of family members of out-patient healthy children were selected and included in the control group.The analysis of the scale and the analysis of the factors were carried out.Results:The scores of cohesion and adaptability in case group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 17 cases of extreme type,50 cases of balance type and 24 cases of intermediate type in 91 families with autism spectrum disorders.The degree of extremes,balance type,middle type male,course of illness less than 1 year,parents'divorce,family economy,father's or mother's divorce,the difference of female college and above were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The impairment of family function in children with autism spectrum disorders is related to their educational background,educational level,course of disease and marital status.
