摘要
重点介绍缓解、解决矿山机械——球磨机的振动问题,通过对振动问题的产生原因及其影响的分析、试验,设计以计算机、数据采集卡、传感器等硬件和LabVIEW、OPC Servers等软件为基础搭建的在线监测保护系统,通过仪器的反馈和实时控制达到缓解球磨机振动问题的效果,提升了球磨机在工业应用上的工作效率,保证了机组寿命,为其行业生产自动化提供了实验基础。
This article focuses on how to alleviate and solve the vibration problem of ball mill. Through analysis and tests to the causes and effects of the vibration problem, the online monitoring and protection system is designed, which is built on the basis of hardwares such as computer, data acquisition card, sensors and softwares such as the LabVIEW, OPC Servers, and so on. Effect of alleviating the vibration problem of the ball mill can be achieved through feedback of the instrument and real-time control, so as to improve the working efficiency of ball mill in the industrial application, guarantee service life of the unit, and provide the experimental basis for industrial production automation.
