摘要 多轴重载挂车的自重和载重都很大,开展其轻量化研究具有重要意义。以某组合式多轴重载挂车车架为研究对象,建立了其参数化优化数学模型,应用APDL程序语言,编制了车架优化设计文件,结合ANSYS所提供的优化方法,实现了车架的轻量化设计。研究表明了这种方法的实用性,为重型专用车的设计提供了借鉴。 It is very important to conduct lightweight study on multi-axial heavy-duty trailer for both its self-weight and the carrying capacity are large. In this paper, taking the frame of a certain multi-axial heavy-duty trailer as the study object, the parametric optimization mathematical model of the frame is built, and the optimal design document for the frame is compiled by using the APDL programming language. Combined with the optimization methods supplied by ANSYS, lightweight design of the frame is achieved. The study proves the practicability of this method and provides a reference for design of the heavy-duty special vehicles.
