摘要
为了节省环卫工人清扫马路的时间,提高工作的效率,设计了一款自行车扫地装置。该装置使用Pro/E软件进行建模与分析,包括动力装置、传动装置及执行装置。动力装置由车架、主动轮和从动轮组成,传动装置由轴承和带轮组成,执行装置由毛刷和垃圾箱组成。扫地装置由动力装置提供机构运动的动力,经传动装置传递至执行装置,最后执行扫地动作。该款扫地自行车使用方便、快捷、高效无污染,有着极为广阔的应用市场。
A bicycle sweeping device is designed in order to save time for the sanitation workers to sweep the road and improve their work efficiency. Modeled and analyzed with the Pro/E software, the device includes the power device, the transmission device and the execution device. The power device consists of a frame, a driving wheel and a driven wheel;the transmission device is made up of bearings and pulley;while the execution device consists of a brush and a garbage bin. The sweeping device is powered by the power device, which is transmitted to the execution device through the transmission device, and finally performs the sweeping action. The sweeping bicycle is convenient, fast, efficient and pollution-free, and has a very wide application market.
