摘要
GB/T4334-2008中方法E-不锈钢硫酸-硫酸铜腐蚀试验方法(文中简称方法E)的试验结果有两种评判方法:一是弯曲法,二是金相法。通过对方法E的腐蚀机理和弯曲力学特点分析讨论,认为当试样弯曲产生裂纹后,不能直接判定为不合格,必须用金相法确定试样是否具有晶间腐蚀倾向。在实际生产中,这种分析对准确判定试验结果有积极意义。
There are two kinds of evaluation methods to assess experimental results of the method E in GB/T4334-2008 - copper sulfate-sulfuric acid test method for stainless steels (referred to as the method E): the bending test and the metallographic method. In this paper, through the analysis of the corrosion mechanism and bending mechanics characteristics of method E, it is concluded that when the sample was bent and cracked, it could not be directly judged as unqualified, we have to use the metallographic method to determine whether the specimen has intercrystalline corrosion tendency. In the actual production, this kind of analysis has positive significance for accurate determination of the test results.
