摘要
主要介绍一种煤化工浆料输出用合金喷嘴研制过程,采用粉末冶金技术工艺,通过对材料、配方和试制结果的分析和试验,解决了材料配方选择、真空热压一次成型等技术难题,确保了合金喷嘴形状尺寸、机械强度和使用寿命,申报一项技术发明专利。
This paper mainly introduces the research process of an alloy nozzle for the coal chemical slurry output. Using the powder etallurgy technology, through analysis and experiment to material, formula, and results of the trial production, the technical problems such as selecting formula of the material and the vacuum hot press forming at a time are solved, so as to ensure the shape size, mechanical strength and service life of the alloy nozzle. And we have filed a patent for a technical invention.
