摘要
通过对冲瓶机的"喷冲瓶夹装置"起初在实际生产中出现的冲瓶的清洗效果不理想和残留水过多现象,进行分析研究和论证,继而改造该装置的结构,使喷冲瓶子的喷嘴可升降,喷嘴能较接近平底;并改用同心双通道喷管使喷嘴可在瓶子的中心线上对瓶子作喷冲,使喷出的介质冲击更有力,且分布更均匀,从而大大提高了冲瓶的质量。
Through analysis and demonstration of the phenomenon that the cleaning effect of the bottle-punching clamp device of the bottle washer is not ideal and the residual water is too much in the actual production at first, structure of the device is reformed so that the nozzle of the bottle-punching machine can rise and fall, and the nozzle can be closer to the flat bottom;as the same time, the concentric double-channel nozzle is used to make the nozzles align on the central line of the bottle. By spraying the bottle, the impact of the ejected medium is stronger and the distribution is more uniform, thus greatly improving the bottle flushing quality.
