摘要
为改进掘进机机载除尘风机,使其达到最佳的除尘效果,分析了掘进机机载除尘风机现存问题,并结合自身工作实践,提出了一系列有针对性的改进措施,实际应用结果表明改进后的掘进机机载除尘风机不仅运行更平稳,而且可达到更好的除尘效果,此项改造值得推广与应用。
In order to improve the airborne dust removal fan of the roadheader to achieve the best dust removal effect, the existing problems of the airborne dust removal fan of the roadheader are analyzed in this paper. A series of targeted improvement measures are put forward based on its own working practice. The application results show that the improved airborne dust removal fan of the roadheader not only runs more smoothly, but also achieves better dust removal effect. This modification is worthy of promotion and application.
