摘要
分析了2018年青海省鼠疫监测结果,为制定鼠疫防控措施提供科学依据。应用Excel软件分析2018年青海省鼠疫监测、鼠疫疫源地调查和人间鼠疫病例数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果表明:2018年青海省未发生人间鼠疫疫情,全省各地区未检出鼠疫F1抗体血清,未分离出鼠疫菌。结论近年来青海省动物间鼠疫每年均有发生,虽然本年度未检出阳性血清和分离出鼠疫菌,但不能排除有些地区存在动物间鼠疫流行的可能性,鼠疫流行风险依然存在。
This paper analyzed the results of plague monitoring in Qinghai Province in 2018 ,and provide scientific basis for the formulation of plague prevention and control measures. Excel software was used to analyze the data of plague monitoring, plague foci investigation and human plague cases in Qinghai province in 2018 by using descriptive epidemiological methods. The results showed that no human plague epidemic occurred in Qinghai Province in 2018, no F1 antibody serum of plague was detected in all regions of the Province, and no plague bacteria were isolated. It is conclusion that in recent years, interanimal plague has occurred every year in Qinghai province. Although no positive serum was detected and no plague bacteria were isolated this year, the possibility of epidemic plague among animals in some areas cannot be ruled out, and the risk of epidemic plague still exists.
