京津冀协同发展视阈下的世界级产业集群建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of the World-class Industrial Clusters from the Perspective of Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

全球化背景下,地方(地区)产业在全球价值链的位置决定其发展的实力与潜力。京津冀作为北方最大的城市集聚区和沿海经济圈域之一,构建世界级产业集群对提升该区在全球价值链位置起决定性作用。依据京津冀三地的产业发展态势,该地区可发展高新技术产业、先进制造产业、沿海临港产业以及绿色生态产业四大世界级产业集群。在此基础上,可借鉴四个典型产业集群的发展路径,建设京津冀世界级产业集群。

Under the background of globalization, the position of local (regional) industry in global value chain determines its strength and potential of development. As one of the largest urban agglomeration areas and coastal economic zones in the north, the construction of world-class industrial clusters plays a decisive role in promoting the region's position in the global value chain of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. By analyzing the industrial development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the region can develop four world-class industrial clusters, including high-tech industry, advanced manufacturing industry, coastal port industry and green ecological industry. Based on the development path of four typical industrial clusters, the countermeasures and suggestions for building a world-class industrial cluster in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are proposed.
