放射性土壤污染评价及修复标准体系建立的探讨

放射性土壤污染评价与修复标准是土壤环境标准体系中一个不可缺少的组成部分。为响应建设"美丽中国"的土壤污染修复治理行动,我国需要尽快制定符合自身实际情况的放射性土壤污染评价与修复标准来指导相关工作。近些年有关放射性核素污染土壤修复的基础理论研究和应用研究进展很快,但是放射性土壤污染评价与修复标准的建立在国内基本还是空白,本文针对放射性土壤污染评价及修复标准体系建立进行了探讨,提出放射性土壤污染评价标准与修复标准应区别对待,评价标准主要为污染等级评价,修复标准则为修复至环境安全接纳效果程度评定,同时可借鉴国外土壤污染评价与修复标准制定的思路,尽快建立我国放射性土壤污染评价及修复标准体系。

The evaluation and repair standard of radioactive soil pollution is an indispensable part of the standard system of soil environment.In response to the action of soil pollution remediation and control in the construction of "beautiful China",we need to set up the standard of radioactive soil pollution assessment and remediation in line with our actual situation as soon as possible,so as to guide related work.In recent years the progress of radionuclide remediation of contaminated soil based on theoretical research and applied research is very fast,but the evaluation of radioactive soil pollution and remediation standards established in the country is still blank.the radioactive soil pollution assessment and repair the establishment of standard system in the discussion,put forward the evaluation standard and radioactive soil pollution remediation standards should be treated differently,evaluation the main standard for pollution evaluation standard for the repair to repair environmental safety and effect evaluation for the degree of acceptance,drawing the foreign soil pollution assessment and restoration standard ideas,the establishment of China’s assessment of radioactive soil pollution and remediation standards system as soon as possible.
