外加电场作用下希瓦氏菌对活性红3BS脱色效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以希瓦氏菌(Shewanellaoneidensis) MR-1为实验菌株,研究其对偶氮染料活性红3BS的脱色效果。采用正交试验对影响脱色效率的因素(电子供体浓度、电子穿梭体浓度,染料浓度,p H)进行优化。结果表明,最佳脱色条件为:电子供体(乳酸钠)浓度为15mM,电子穿梭体(蒽醌-2,6-磺酸钠)浓度为2μM,活性红3BS染料浓度为50mg/L,p H为7. 0。在最佳脱色条件下,外加电场对希瓦氏菌脱色效果有显著的影响,在电压1. 4v-1. 8v范围内,随着电压的增大,脱色率增加,且脱色24h时脱色率已达最大值,较未加电场而言,大大缩短了脱色时间。 In this study,Shewanellaoneidensis MR-1 was used as the experimental strain to decolorize the reactive red 3BS.Factors affecting decolorization efficiency(electron donor concentration,electron shuttle concentration,dye concentration,pH)were optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the best decolorization conditions were:electron donor(sodium lactate)concentration of 15 mM,electron shuttle(anthraquinone-2,6-sodium sulfonate)concentration of 2 μM,reactive red 3BS dye concentration of 50 mg/L,pH 7.0.Under the optimal decolorization conditions,the external electric field has a significant impact on the decolorization effect of Shewanellaoneidensis.Within the range of voltage 1.4v-1.8v,the decolorization rate increases with the increase of voltage,and the decolorization rate reaches the maximum value at 24h.Compared with no electric field,the decolorization time is greatly shortened.
