论卓越教师理论内涵及卓越校建设与卓越教师培育的内在关系 被引量:1

On the Connotation of Excellent Schools and the Internal Relation between the Excellent Schools' Construction and Excellent Teachers' Cultivation

摘要 教师是高职院校宝贵的财富,教师质量的高低直接影响高职院校发展的好坏。在湖南省教育厅颁发的《关于实施湖南省卓越职业院校建设计划的通知》建设任务书中提出,教师队伍建设是卓越校建设的重点建设内容,师资队伍建设在湖南省卓越高职院校建设项目中具有举足轻重要的地位,卓越教师的培育对于卓越校的建设具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了卓越教师培育的研究背景,然后,剖析了卓越教师培育的国内外研究现状并分析了卓越教师的内涵,最后,探讨了卓越校建设与卓越教师培育的内在关系,以期促进卓越校建设背景下的卓越教师的培育和卓越教师的健康成长。 Teachers are the precious wealth of higher vocational colleges,the quality of teachers directly affects the development of higher vocational colleges.In the "Notice on implementing the construction plan of Hunan excellent vocational colleges" issued by Hunan Education Department,the construction of teachers is the key content of excellent schools’ construction,and the construction of teachers plays an important role in the construction project of Hunan excellent vocational colleges.The cultivation of excellent teachers is of great significance to the construction of excellent schools.In this article,firstly,this article introduces the research background of excellent teachers’ cultivation,secondly,analyses the current situation of researches on the excellent teachers’ cultivation at home and abroad and the connotation of excellent teachers.At last,probes into the internal relationship between excellent schools’ construction and excellent teachers’ cultivation,with a view to promoting excellent teachers’ cultivation and their healthy growth.
