摘要
重整反应器中心管的损坏是连续重整装置非计划停车的主要原因之一。文章根据现场反馈的信息,从中心管的设计、制造和使用等多方面进行了分析和研究,得出其损坏的主要原因是实际情况与设计假设偏离、超出设计安全范围,从而造成中心管失稳破坏的结论,并提出了相应的设计修正和结构改进措施,有效延长了中心管的使用寿命。同时,还提出了在停工检修阶段需检查的中心管的关键部位和安全与否的判定方法,以确保反应器安全、稳定、长周期操作。
The damage of center pipe in CCR reactor is one of the main reasons for unscheduled shutdown in CCR unit. This paper analyzes the design, fabrication and operation of center pipe based on the feedback from jobsite. It comes to the conclusion that the main reason for the damage is the deviation of the actual situation from the design assumption and exceeding the design safety range, thus resulting in the instability of the center pipe. Then the paper puts forward corresponding design revision and structure improvement measures, which extends the service life of the center tube effectively. Meanwhile, it also proposes the key parts of the center pipe to be inspected during the shutdown and maintenance period and the determination method for safety so as to ensure the safe, stable and long-cycle operation of the reactor.
