摘要
介绍了往复压缩机气量调节系统的种类及各自的适用场合,同时还介绍了压缩机旋转不均匀度及飞轮转矩的相关知识。文章以工程中常用的2D和4M两种常用机型为研究对象,详细阐述了无级气量调节系统对往复压缩机转矩的影响,得出往复压缩机新上无级气量调节系统时,应校核压缩机转矩是否变化过大而导致旋转不均匀度超过标准规定值的结论,对压缩机的选型校核及运行维护有一定指导意义。
This paper introduces the types of capacity regulation system in reciprocating compressor and their respective application. Meanwhile, it also introduces the related knowledge of compressor rotation unevenness and flywheel torque. The paper takes the commonly used models 2D and 4M in engineering as the research object and elaborates the impacts of the stepless capacity regulation system on the torque of reciprocating compressor. It is concluded that when a new stepless capacity regulation system is installed in the reciprocating compressor, it should be checked whether the compressor torque changes excessively, thus resulting in rotation unevenness exceeding the standard value. This is of certain guiding significance for the selection and check of the compressor and its operation and maintenance.
