摘要
介绍了一种新型编队灯的设计方案,采用侧发光技术,创新性地使用侧发光LED光源以及导光板匀光,使Ⅱ类编队灯获得了高亮度、高可靠性及高寿命等特性;采用双模式共面设计,在相同外形尺寸的Ⅱ类编队灯上可以提升有效发光面积1. 5倍以上;超薄型产品结构设计,使产品在满足光学性能的前提下可以在一定的曲率范围内弯曲,实现了LED型Ⅱ类编队灯与飞机曲面共形。该技术的应用,突破了传统光源场致发光屏的局限性,解决了Ⅱ类编队灯在亮度、发光面积、寿命等方面无法满足使用需求的问题。
This paper introduces the design scheme of a new type of formation lamp. It uses side light emitting technology to innovate the use of side-illuminated LED light source and light guide plate, so that the class II formation lamps get high brightness, high reliability and high life characteristics. Dual-mode coplanar design is adopted, which can enhance the effective luminous area by 1.5 times with the same form factor. With the ultra-thin structure design, the product could endure bending within certain curvy range under the premise of meeting its optical performance. This feature could help achieve the conformal feature of the LED type II formation lights with the aircraft surface. The application of this technology has broken through the limitation of the traditional light source field electroluminescent screen, and solved the problem that the type II formation lamp can not meet the requirements of brightness, luminous area and service life.
